1. General provisions
This document is a public offer to conclude a contract of sale for a digital product on the terms set out below.
Placing an order and paying for the product means the Buyer fully accepts the terms of this offer.
2. Subject of the contract
The Seller grants the Buyer the right to personal, non-commercial use of a digital product in PDF format, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for it.
3. How to place an order
- The Buyer chooses a format on the site and clicks the order button;
- Provides contact details and completes payment;
- After payment is confirmed, receives access to the product by email.
4. Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site in euros. The price fixed at the moment of ordering is final for that order. Payment is made in full.
5. Delivery of the digital product
Delivery is made by providing access to the files by email after payment is confirmed, usually instantly.
6. Rights and obligations
- The Seller provides access to the purchased product and support;
- The Buyer provides accurate contact details;
- The materials may not be shared or resold to third parties.
7. Refunds
The Buyer may request a refund within 14 days of payment if the product does not match its description on the site.
8. Liability
The parties are liable for failure to comply with the terms of this offer in accordance with applicable law.
9. Validity of the offer
This offer is valid indefinitely from the moment of publication until withdrawn by the Seller.
